Demand Shutdown of Autism Speaks
Autism Speaks is lying when they say they give the autistic community a voice in America. They believe people with autism are diseased freaks that should be murdered by their parents. An organization like this must be eliminated if people with autism are to get a loud enough voice in society.
Why is this important?
As someone who has autism himself, I firmly believe that the autistic community could use a prominent organization that will help them get a better standing in society. Seeing as how Autism Speaks sanctioned the creation of a PSA that personifies autism as the Grim Reaper, along with a documentary in which they encouraged parents to stop giving their autistic kids their medications so that they can film "how they really act," this is not an organization that's interesting in doing such a thing.
