RESOLUTION:
Allow people to withdraw up to $10,000 from their 401K or IRA with no interest or penalty.
WHEREAS: 60-70% of our economy is consumerism. When we buy goods/services it creates demand. The more demand, the more people will have to be employed. Those thus employed will buy more goods/services thus more demand. And so on....
WHEREAS: It is our money. We want to use it to buy items we have been putting off - repairs, cars, vacations, etc. When we use that money, we will be helping create demand and businesses will have to hire more people. Those people will in turn spend money creating more demand.
WHEREAS: This will be listed on the 2012 tax form but will NOT be included as income.
WE RESOLVE:
To created more demand by spending up to $10,000 of our 401K/IRA we withdraw with no interest/penalty in order to help our economy by creating more jobs! DEMAND - Win Win Win

Create jobs by allowing no interest/penalty withdrawal from 401Ks/IRAs so we can buy goods/services, thus force BIG business to hire more people using money they currently sit on. We buy goods/services, it creates the need for more jobs; those employed will buy goods/services; and so on. Big banks, it is our money and we want to use it - give it to us! Businesses, hire more people and they can help the economy too.
