Denial of Citizenship to Sujeewa Kumari Kemp

I am a US citizen by birth, as is my five year old daughter. My wife of eleven years was denied citizenship on the grounds of "Poor Moral Character" because she voted in the 2010 mid term elections. She used her green card and an Iowa drivers license to register and dutifully checked "not US citizen" on the voters application. This was missed by the poll volunteers. It is illegal to vote if you are not a US citizen. She did not know that at the time.
