Deny the Remonov Tract K proposal
1. We, the undersigned, respectfully request Commissioner Jon Stavney to formally recuse himself from participating in the decision to grant approval to the Remonov Tract K proposal based upon his recent membership on the Habitat Board, and the stated intent of Remonov to donate tract K to Habitat upon approval by the Commissioners.
2. Further, we respectfully request the Eagle County Board of County Commissioners to uphold the recommendation of the Eagle County Planning and Zoning Commission made May 1, 2013 to deny the Remonov Tract K request in it’s entirety.

Why is this important?
The Homestead Community, and several governing entities in the Edwards Community have united in their concerns that to approve this request would not be an appropriate land use decision.
