Stop the killing of our children! Mr. President, Congress, and Legislature, we demand you to take notice and act immediately. Our children are becoming extinct do to the violence of firearms. The United States Constitution states that we as Americans have the right to bear arms, nowhere in that Amendment does it include semi automatic weapons. The Amendment also states that this right is only acceptable when one is defending himself. When it comes to innocent children between the ages of 5 and 10 years old where is the threat? I am asking each and everyone of you to join me. We must get the guns off of the streets now. We've already lost too many innocent lives.To Sandy Hook Elementary School and the residents of Newtown Connecticut, as well as the families directly affected by this incomprehensible tragedy, our prayers go out to each and everyone of you.
Why is this important?
The atrocity of the lives of innocent children lost that took place in Newtown, Connecticut on December 14, 2010. If we do not take an immediate stand, the future of children will become obsolete!
