Direct TV has elected to take upon its own violation stance of violating peoples rights by taking money unauthorized via credit cards of customers stored on file. I have been with Direct TV for years and have had an issue with overcharging, inaccurate billing, which was later negotiated via me contacting Channel 9 Action News in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Don Griffin in 2011 via The Office of the President. As of Jan.2013 Is when I had enough mistreatment from them as a customer. They attempted to steal money from me by charging a credit card they had obtained in my name. I didn't authorize this and did not receive any paper bills in mail, nor email cost of my monthly TV service so I did not know how much or for what I was being billed for for the periods of Jan. and Feb. 2014. Keep in my that my same equipment didn't change yet my bill varies from month to month dispite no raises in taxes. Being that they violated my trust with this theft from customer (me) I told them to cancel my service and was offered a 25.00 credit if I stayed with them. I declined because I no longer trust them, would not recommend this victimization company. When I told them that they stated that I would have to pay 60.00 for an early termination fee. (Remember what i said that I have been with Direct TV for years)
I am asking all victims of Direct TV's customer abused to step forth and sign my petition.

Why is this important?
Direct TV thinking they can do anything they want to customers. I am a victim of attempted theft via direct tv.
