It is proposed this day 2/4/2013 that the council know as the American Legislative Exchange Council( A.L.E.C.) be disbanded. The actions taken by this council are unconstitutional as private persons, such as corporations or individuals, are not allowed to draft legislation of any kind.
Why is this important?
This petition is about the protection of American workers of all walks of life. A.L.E.C. members are elected officials and private persons who are drafting "proposed" legislation that have changed labor laws across America at the state governmental level.
