There are several people in front of the Humboldt County Courthouse that have made a huge mess there. They have been harassing employees who work there, causing several altercations and allowing want-to-be Occupiers to defecate and urinate on the property.
Why is this important?
The County Courthouse has become a magnet for people who are making a mess on the sidewalks and on the streets.
