Disney refuses to disclose names in Toxic Employee List

Sign our petition for Disney to disclose the names in the Toxic File List so those employees know where they stand with this employer.

Why is this important?

In a deposition taken of a Disney Executive Melissa Merklinger she admits under oath that there exists an employee Toxic File list of Disney employees created by Disney Human Resources and she has seen it. Her Assistant Helena Mobley under oath in her deposition to my attorney stated she seen the file and it contained pictures of the employees and that she remembers them being mostly if not all minorities. In another deposition under oath Labor Manager Tanya Naylor admitted she created a Power Point presentation on creating a Toxic employee file and did a presentation to two Disney Vice-Presidents, Jeff Villella and Jeff Vahle. Your signature will help stop corporate abuse of their employees and careers. See in this youtube video testimony from Disney Security Director Melissa L. Merklinger regarding Toxic Employees issue
