Diversifying Nintendo Wii Characters

Rehab units across the country are using the Nintendo Wii systems as a fun way to improve function. The makers of the Wii have incorporated Mii characters to which diversity can be implemented, however, all of the people are able bodied. In the U.S. alone 1.6 million people use wheelchairs, 4 million use canes, and 1.5 million walkers. Let's ask that the makers of this popular tool include these pieces of durable medical equipment as options for their characters.
