Democratic National Committee- Stop giving superdelegates the power to override the will of the voters. Require that the delegates be distributed proportionately to state-wide presidential preference votes.
Why is this important?
The democratic and republican parties, as non-governmental organizations, make their own rules regarding exactly how their delegates / superdelegates are distributed, and the extent of the power that each delegate truly has.
