I was over charged by Keybank about 10,000.00,I participated in their skip a payment program.I was never told nor signed anything I was taken advanced of.I. I was asked only for the payment of $50.00,I don't mind paying what I owe but to be ripped off is another thing.Patsy Butler
Why is this important?
I purchased a fifth wheel in November of 1997 from Keybank in Ohio,it was company used by the dealership.The loan was for fifteen yearrsI had nine skip a payments.with Keybank,all i was told was the pay $50.00 for processing fees.......No one told me that the terms and interest would change.I was under the impression that payments would be added on the back of my intial loan.Thanks Patsy Butler#370337
