Please ban the use of gas and heart sticks its abuse and also the use of putting dogs on chains or ropes or anything to keep them in a small space it's also abuse mans best friend deserves to be inside with its owner please ban chains it cuts into their skin plus people seem to forget to feed and water and house the dog again abuse!!!
