Mr. Trump, a "birther" and huge proponent of the unfounded rumor that Barack Obama was not born in the United States is now asking Americans to elect him to the highest office in the land on a platform that strongly denounces illegal immigration. Meanwhile Mr. Trump apparently had a so-called publicist named "John Miller," aka "John Baron" whose birth certificate remains elusive. It's only fair -- indeed patriotic - to see "Mr. Miller's" birth certificate.
