Susan Thomas has been abusing her tenants for years. Most recently a 89 year old woman, and her care taker. Ms. Thomas has yelled, belittled, and abused this poor old lady. We have witnessed this tenant abuse for years. Don't let Ms. Thomas rent to innocent people.
Why is this important?
Don't allow Ms. Thomas abuse any more people by letting her rent. She will call the police on a 2 year old child for walking through the front entrance, she will unplug your electricity, she will come into your home when you're not there, she will go into your car just to see what you are up to, she will put paint on your washing clothes, she will turn your water off if you shower more than 3.5 minutes.
