Ne Gov. Has 4 new proposed routes thru the state. No route has been finalized to date 7/13/2012. How can you approve a pipeline route, Mr President, when Nebraskans haven't. My goodness why get beat up on this issue, Can't approve on a maybe here, maybe there!!!
