Don't eliminate Michigan's Earned Income Tax Credit to Fix Roads

We oppose the misguided legislative effort of some Michigan's officials who--ironically, in the name of "tax fairness"--wish to avoid dedicated taxes needed to fund infrastructure maintenance by eliminating the Earned Income Tax Credit of thousands of their state's poorest citizens.

Why is this important?

My wife and I in retirement are frequent users of Michigan's fast-deteriorating roads and strongly feel that our Governor and Legislature need to assume responsibility for adequately funding infrastructure maintenance & repair.
