I do not want to be left defenseless! If you ban guns, then law abiding citizens will not be able to protect themselves. Then the criminals or psychos will be the ones with illegal guns! Guns should be locked in safe cabinets or otherwise secured so that children and/or adult psycho children cannot get to them. If we are to have guns, and we have to be able to protect ourselves, I believe we should also be responsible for keeping them secured. Do not let the latest incident dictate our gun and self protection laws.
Why is this important?
I live in a rural community and there are more and more break-ins every day. I have to be able to defend myself and my family!
