Don't Penalize Fiske 5th Graders with Increased Classroom Sizes

There is a better solution - put Art on a Cart as a back-up while we look for creative ways to put modular housing in place for the 2014/15 Year.

Don't penalize 5th graders with over-crowded classrooms that are almost 40% larger than anything they've experienced in their Fiske education. They deserve educational environments equal to the rest of the Fiske population.
