Why is this important?
Idaho Power, Idaho's leading energy company, wants to stop rewarding their customers who use alternative energies to power their homes, businesses and farms. Ranchers like Roger Findley of Idaho have installed solar panels and wind turbines to offset carbon gas emissions and have earned monetary credits through Idaho Power utilizing these methods. Idaho Power is planning on putting a stop to this and will make a final decision this summer. Please sign our petition to keep incentives for alternative energy in Idaho.
