Dream to reality act

This would be an act passed by congress that would allow every American to borrow directly from the fed at very low interest rates for their first home. They would be able to refinance the home that they have now or purchase a new home. These funds would be distributed directly from HUD rather than through the banks. If this act was passed, people could afford their home (the biggect expense every month is interest to the bank), this would leave families more money to buy things and stimulate the economy. This act would also stimulate a house building boom and lead to happier families with children whom receive better grades which would give them a better future. The government would receive more taxes as a result of lower home owners deductions and a generation of educated children making more money.. Win - Win scenario
