Drop All Charges Against Ramsey Orta

Drop All Charges Against Ramsey Orta -- who filmed the police lethal-force witness video of Eric Garner.

Drop all charges against Ramsey Orta, release untampered video evidence, change his "jury of his peers" to reflect his peers, and allow filming during court trials. Recognize prison has already been life threatening to Ramsey; and prison would be an Unconstitutional sentence. Ramsey is a witness to police lethal force and Constitutionally should be protected, not sentenced.

Other Key Points:

-Drop all charges against Ramsey Orta
-Change of Venue, his "jury of his peers", to reflect his peers
-Deliver original, non-tampered video and evidence
-Allow the legal practice of filming during Ramsey's court trials
-Recognize Ramsey Orta as a witness, who is Constitutionally protected as a witness
-Recognize prison has already been life threatening toward Ramsey Orta
-Recognize imprisonment as punishment for filming the police lethal force would be Unconstitutional
-Recognize it is fully legal to film police, and Ramsey did not break any laws
-Do not punish citizens for non-illegal false "charges"
-Do not compromise Constitutional Rights
-Do not compromise Checks and Balances between the legislative and the judicial

Prison is both a proven life threat to Ramsey, and a

constitutional violation against all citizens.

Prison has already been life-threatening toward Ramsey Orta:
--Rat poison-laced food was served to Ramsey
--No other food was served to Ramsey
--A negligent Corrections officers neglected Ramsey's physical wounds

During Ramsey's trials in the courts, nobody is allowed to film although this is legal. It must be recognized that not allowing filming during the trial is another violation of citizenship rights.

Further, Ramsey questions the fairness in the "jury of his peers", and requests via petition for a "change of venue" as it does not represent his "peers".

An obscurity exists in the court system in relation to Ramsey's case -- in both filming the court case, as it happens, and in the peers. Likewise, the judge continuously changes and thereby destabilizes the due process of the law.

Similarly, the original video evidence has been tampered, which directly obscures, again, the due process of the law.

This particular case also compromises checks and balances -- another violation against basic Constitutional practices.

Prison would be life-threatening to Ramsey, and a violation against the Constitution and citizenship in the United States.

Drop all charges against Ramsey.

Why is this important?

Ramsey Orta is facing unconstitutional legal punishment for bearing witness to police lethal force. There are several layers in this case where multiple Constitutional rights are being broken: the creation of undo charges as reprimand for filming the police lethal force victim Eric Garner; disestablished checks-and-balances between the court, judge, jury, and police; failure to protect Ramsey as a witness; and the ultimate failure to acknowledge Eric Garner's murder as such named event and that his murderers were police, who should be legally reprimanded. This case affects every citizens' Constitutional Rights.
