I moved to Philadelphia Pa in 1971 and I resided around Erie Ave And Broad Street and Germantown and Chelten Ave. and Broad and Olney ave. We desperately need Economic Development in these BLACK COMMUNITIES. We need Black Owned Business in these neighborhoods.
Why is this important?
