They are held to his "pledge" to "raise no taxes, especially on millionaires and billionaires." 100% of the Republican legislators have voted down House and Senate Bills only to comply with the "pledge" of this Corporate lobbyist, an un-elected, self-appointed petty potentate. This "Pasha" Norquist is responsible for the defeat of government bills requiring much-needed revenue from taxes, to do the peoples' business in Congress. His un-official, (obdurate, intransigent, odious, truculent, egoistic, obnoxious) Obstruction of Government is tantamount to Treason against the Legislature of the United States. Hence, this Petition is submitted for a Restraining Order against the Corporatist lobbyist, Grover Norquist,.to restrain his self-appointed (assertive, animadversive, authoritarian, arrogant) contact with Legislators, within three feet in and around the Capitol and elsewhere, or by telephone or electronic contact with Legislators of the Government of the United States of America.
