Education Evolution

I believe that we should start with education. In some countries, teachers and professors are VERY highly respected and revered. Also, in some countries teachers make a salary equivalent to or in some cases even exceeding the average salary that a doctor makes here. If that was the case here, I believe that instead of people with the highest intellect and ambitions becoming doctors, lawyers, etc., a high percentage of those people would choose to become teachers instead. Then the majority of teachers would be the best of the best and they would be very enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge and have great attitudes, which would then be absorbed by the students! :)
