Education for all in Pakistan
Firstly, we ask that the government of Pakistan aggressively find, capture, and prosecute those who attempted to murder Malala Yousufzai.
Secondly, we ask that the government of Pakistan and the religious leaders in Pakistan immediately initiate a comprehensive public information campaign that will affect even the most ignorant militant in the tribal areas about the need to educate both boys and girls, and about the serious consequences to anyone who tries to block the education of any Pakistani youth. These consequences could include a fatwa against anyone murdering or attempting to murder or intimidate girls for any reason.

Why is this important?
Malala Yousufzai was shot in the Swat Valley of Pakistan in an attempted murder by several men who do not believe girls should recieve an education. Malala is a brave young girl who has spoken out publicly in favor of education for girls.
