Education in our country needs reform and improvement, it can be done without destroying the system and the people within it. Fund initiatives for change appropriately. Don't punish schools, teachers, and communities for being poor.
Why is this important?
Mitt spoke about the Educational System not working however through Race to The Top President Obama has done so much to help to improve education. It bothers me that Mitt has criticized education without providing any real answers on improving it. Destroying public education and replacing it with Charter Schools/Private Parochial Schools which undermine the quality of life of teachers isn't an answer.
