Elections shouldn't be for sale
The Citizens United decision has undermined and corrupted our country's election process. It is all but silencing the voices of the vast majority of the electorate by making it clear that money is the only voice that will be heard. Restore confidence and integrity in our elections by supporting actions to overturn this decision.
Why is this important?
My friends and family no longer believe that their voices and their votes count in this country's elections. The presence of big money in our electorate process is eroding our confidence that WE THE PEOPLE matter. Overturning the Citizens United decision is a big step in the right direction toward restoring the voice of the people in elections.
