One person, one vote, winner take all. Do not allow any change to the current Electoral College format in Pennsylvania.
Why is this important?
Do not support the effort to change the current Electoral College winner take all format in Pennsylvania. Such a change is an effort to negate the vote in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh and would mean that a candidate could win the popular vote and loose the election.
