Electric Auto and Solar Incentive

We, the signers, believe a a cash incentive for electric auto purchase would be extremely helpful because many auto buyers are not recieving a high taxable income but rely on windfall or savings sums for auto purchase. Therefore these potential buyers may not be encouraged at all by current tax credits for an environmentally and economically helpful product purchase. The signers further request that the rebate be doubled, or trippled, if the electricity for this intended auto is provided entirely by solar panels or wind at the prospective owners home site. This idea has a unique function of incentivizing two major clean, renewable, and environmentally supportive venues with one rebate.
