Airlines have been making record breaking profits charging consumers luggage fees based on gas prices that are no longer prohibitively high. The ability to charge luggage fees should be rescinded or reduced immediately.
Why is this important?
While travelling I have had to purchase additional luggage because of contrived weight limitations. The additional expense caused unexpected debt and overshadowed a much needed vacation.
