Stop having to buy your house and personal property from the government every year. Eliminate all Real Estate and Personal Property taxes. This includes both valorum and advelorum taxes. This would be replaced by a 3.5 per cent increase in sales taxes, or revenue neutral. This would include the elimination of the tax Assessors offices and all county employees associated with the collection of these above mentioned taxes in all 67 counties in Florida. Any future sales tax increases would require approval of the people through a majority vote.
