Prohibit the sale/installation of super bright white halogen headlights in California beginning 01/01/2014.
Why is this important?
Bright white headlights do not improve visibility for the night time driver over traditional headlights while they do impair the ability of the oncoming driver--as well as pedestrians--to clearly distinguish the road.
