Slippery Rock University sells bottled water to students which subjects them to harsh chemical substances and supports an otherwise malicious industry. Furthermore, we the student body and community members reject the sale and distribution of bottled water. We are calling for new measures to replace bottled water and for these measures to be in place for the fall 2012 Semester.
Why is this important?
The students of Slippery Rock University find themselves with little choice but to accept the bottled water on campus which hinders students safety, and is economically as well as environmentally detrimental. Support our effort to make the necessary changes before May 11, 2012.
