Eliminate unfair Denver parking tickets
Mayor Hancock,
As a native of Colorado and a citizen of Denver, I am appalled at the extensive abuse of the Denver Parking Violations Bureau in targeting citizens for any minor offense they can think up. The fines are outrageous and often occur when people are paying meter fees and following the law. We ask that all parking fines in Denver be capped off at $15, with the exception of vehicle removal offenses.
Why is this important?
Sign my petition and let's help limit all Denver Parking Bureau tickets to $15 or less. It's astounding the amount of money they suck out of hard-working people for nonsense, revenue gaining offenses. Let Denver mayor Michael B. Hancock know how absurd parking tickets in Denver have become.
