Emergency Managers were only put in majority black school districts which does not benefit the students. Closed schools and less teachers and materials. Why would you place an auto
person over an education system. You would not put a teacher over an auto company.
Why is this important?
The Emergency Managers of the Detroit Public School System has failed the city students. It is also Racist.
