Repeal New Mexico Statute Chapter 70. Oil and Gas. Article 3 Pipelines.
Why is this important?
This statute allows "engineers, surveyors and other employees of such (oil and gas)...corporation(s) shall have the right to enter upon the lands and property of the state and of private persons....for the purpose of making necessary surveys and examinations for selecting and locating suitable routes for such pipelines,(etc.)..." In other words your land is NOT really your land and pipeline workers are not trespassing, ever!
