Louisiana does not have a minimum wage. It is time to enact a Minimum Wage that will be a Living Wage. It should be tied to inflation so it will stay a Living Wage. $15 would be a good starting point.
Why is this important?
Louisiana has been one of the 3 poorest states for my entire life. A Living Wage would change that.
