Sacrifice should be shared by all.
When the United States asks it's Service Members to risk life and limb the least the rest of our citizens can do is pay for these actions.
Every war effort should be paid for up front by increasing federal taxes by 3-4% on everyone, except military personnel and their families who would be exempt, the minute we engage in overseas conflicts or interventions.
Why is this important?
An automatic increase in federal taxes across the board of 3-4% when our country goes to war.
Military personnel and their families would be exempt.
This would engage the public by requiring at least some sacrifice of everyone.
