To Mr. Obama and Both Houses of Congress:
Lower taxes on the poor and the middle class so that their tax rates are no higher than the lowest rate paid by individuals such as Warrent Buffett.
Why is this important?
The petition would end the inequity whereby Warren Buffett's secretary pays a higher tax rate than Warren Buffett pays.
