It’s unfair to punish a crime more than once, like the Three Strikes Law does.
Why is this important?
It is wrong to punish an individual for a crime they have already served time for, more than once, like the current 3 Strikes Law does. This will affect all individuals doing additional time because of the current 3 Strikes Law.
