"Congress shall pass no law to which it makes itself or any of its members an exception."
Why is this important?
To urge a Constitutional Amendment preventing Congress from passing laws to which it makes itself or its members exempt. To encourage greater responsibility for the consequences of legislation which either does not impact them and/or gives them privileges not provided to those who elect them to office.
