Governor Kasich and fellow members: There are too many innocent people convicted and too many people with mitigating circumstances on Death Row because of ineffective counsel.
The loved ones of the condemned go through the same torture as the prisoner every single day, for many, many years.
Please stop this atrocity!
Why is this important?
The Death Penalty is evil, inflicting its torture on the loved ones of the condemned; innocents, who face the unknown, year after year, along with the condemned person, who may well be innocent and/or undeserving of state sanctioned murder! End the torture. Abolish the Death Penalty NOW!
