Neither the United States nor any state shall make or enforce any law that shall discriminate against any citizen of the United States on account of his non-affiliation with a political party; neither the United States nor any state shall make any law that provides a right, privilege, power, immunity or benefit to any political party or its members that is not equally available to any citizen, or group of citizens, of the United States not affiliated with a political party.
Why is this important?
Discrimination is rampant against American citizens who conscientiously object to the political parties and party bosses who rule our nation. Independent voters who place loyalty to our nation above loyalty to a political party should have an equal opportunity to participate in our democratic republic.
