End electrical "deregulation" in TX. The cheapest thing to scale up is customer service, which is the only competition we enjoy. Oncor still holds a monopoly on the distribution/powerlines. And, there's nothing to compel the producers to generate enough electricity to prevent brownouts. A regulated market is far more efficient, and better for the people of TX.
Why is this important?
End, once and for all the "deregulation" of electricity in TX. Electricity is not a competitive market, we don't have to be "sold" on buying electricity--thus every add that's run is a waste of resources. The real monopolies were not dissolved, but were insulated by deregulation.
