The law banning or establishing a maximum on executive bonus' should be expanded or clarified to include all types of executive bonus' no matter what they are called.
Why is this important?
Companies are getting around the law which bans or sets a maximum amount that can be given as "executive bonus'" by simply changing the name to executive incentive bonus'." This particularly galling because it is being done by Wall Strret companies who, I believe created Some continue to give out millions of dollars in those kinds of bonus' while laying off hundreds of their non-executive workers.
