Companies are getting around the law which bans or sets a maximum amount that can be given as "executive bonus'" by simply changing the name to executive incentive bonus'." This is particularly galling because it is being done by Wall Strret companies who, I believe, created the financial crisis in the first place.
Some continue to give out millions of dollars in those kinds of bonus' while laying off hundreds of their non-executive workers.
