End all federal prohibition of Marijuana, re-classify Marijuana away from schedule I, decriminalize and free Marijuana prisoners, and protect growing of Marijuana and Hemp Nationwide.
Under the 14th Amendment, all states must give equal treatment under the law to all US citizens with Due Process, thus no states may keep adults (21 and over) from Legally using Cannabis. This should be argued in every state where Cannabis is not legal currently and adopted at a Federal Level.
Why is this important?
Cannabis is no more dangerous than alcohol and has hundreds of medical uses which have been clearly shown to save and improve lives. Cancer, Aids, Autistic, Epilepsy, Fibro Myalgia, Depression and Anorexia patients can all benefit from Cannabis, and doctors have the right to prescribe it.
How it will be delivered
We will deliver this petition to the US House, the US Senate and the current Administration.
