End the Ban on Marijuana in Malheur County

Marijuana sales have been banned in Ontario, Nyssa, and Vale with HB3400--and that is without the county putting it to a vote. We have a lot of patients in Malheur County and we have also had medical sales banned. How is this community okay with having our rights taken away from us? Oregon is a legal marijuana state and will also get tax money from the sales of this plant. However, we will not receive ANY of these funds because we chose to opt-out; our elected officials would rather take our rights than let us choose for ourselves. All we are asking is for them to stop stalling and allow us to purchase our medicine in a safe environment. Shame on Malheur County! Let's lift the ban on this miracle plant and exercise our right to decided what we put in our body!

Why is this important?

Malheur County is not thinking about the community with this ban. They are spreading lies and propaganda purposefully to line their pockets with drug convictions.
