The Electoral College was made because in the early days of our Democracy it was impossible to correctly count all the votes in the country. Now that we have computerized voting it is possible to get a true count of all the votes and the Electoral College is no longer needed.
Why is this important?
We need to put an end to the Electoral College. Since we now have computerized voting the Electoral College is no longer needed.
